[Benchmark] Allow selection problems need to benchmark on CLI

This enhancement allows user select a problem need to benchmark in command prompt
It means:

  • Display list of available problems
  • Users input the problem that they want to run the benchmark
  • Run the benchmark
  • There is an option that allows users can run all of them
