Remove parent POM from project

WIll be better for simple clients to perform a

mvn clean install

without the need for a special repo.

less priority, I think. The parent POMs needed to "build" the project can easily be added to the Google Storage environment, or any other "maven like structure".

Obsolete (for now). The OSS parent pom is available online.
