Back on this work again, sorry to keep bothering, but would it be possible to have a prebuilt database_75mer.kraken and .kmer files in the ftp site that is compatible with the prebuilt kraken2 files for the GTDB release 202?

OK. A 75mer database has been uploaded to the ftp site: http://ftp.tue.mpg.de/ebio/projects/struo2/GTDB_release202/kraken2/
