Update to run with latest pre-rebar3 deps

This was brought to my attention due to the issue reported on the lsci project:

Tasks:

  • Update rebar.config to reference everything by version (no master branches)
  • Update rebar.config to use latest pre-rebar3 deps
  • Ensure that .venv is properly set up on both Mac OS X and Ubuntu
  • Remove old EXPM stuff (not necessary, but a good clean-up task)
  • Update lfe.config with latest metadata (again, not necessary, but a good time for it, since this was missing)
  • Ensure code works with latest pre-rebar3 version of logjam

Done. Tested and working on Ubuntu.
