Export transactions to CSV

Inside the pages /bookkeeping/ and /bookkeeping/<year>, we should have a button that will export the data that are being showed in a CSV file to be downloaded. Given that we are not expecting to have too much data to export usually, the view that handle the exporting can be blocking.
