Switch from Daily notes to Periodic notes: no open daily note on startup

Hi,

I just switched from the Core plugin Daily notes to Community plugin Periodic notes, because a pop-up explained Periodic Notes would replace Daily notes on the long-term.

I then migrated my Daily notes settings and I was told to disable Daily notes to avoid confusion.

However, with Daily notes there is a setting to open the daily note on startup:

This does not seem to exist for Periodic notes? Or could you please tell me where to find this setting for Periodic notes?

I have Obsidian version 1.1.16. for Windows.

This should definitely be an option in the future. For now though, I've been using the Homepage plug-in and haven't had any issues. Just use the same title you give your daily notes and it'll take you right to it.

I would love for this to be added so I can finally disable the core plugin. Right now I just have both running which doesn't seem to be a problem.
