Feature Request: Arbitrary interval support

I work in software and we organize our work into sprints, which are generally 2 weeks, but might be longer if a major holiday falls in the middle.
I'd love to be able to organize my notes by sprint - so using an arbitrary length of time.
Using a command would start a new sprint, which would increment a sprint number, create a new note with the corresponding number in the sprints folder.

Obviously I can accomplish this manually, but would it would be great to have tie-ins with commands.
