Compute dates in title template

I am trying to come up with a strategy for naming all my notes in a consistent way. What I have settled one is something that I don't know how to replicate or if it is possible.

When I create a weekly note, I want the name of the note to be something like [[Year - Month - date-of-the-monday-of-this-week - date-of-Sunday-of-this-week]. Sounds more complicated than it is, but as an example:

A weekly note created this week would be [2023-August-7-13] (Monday was the 7th of August and Sunday was 13th of August)
A weekly note created next week would be [2023-August-14-20]
etc

Is this possible?

The only thing that I could come up with was something like this, but I'm not really happy since "week 32" doesn't tell me much.

Your options are: w wo ww W Wo WW
Creating meta data (tags), I think you can insert the first day of that week with DD. Nothing for the title though.
