Not getting redirected back to the site after logging in, it just stays the same and doesn't go back to the site after I log in, any help?

Please give some logs, some code, some description? There is literally no information here which we could use to help you.

I don't even know whats happening myself, basically every time I hit the "login" button on my site I get redirected to the steam login page where I need to sign in (like any other site) and once I log in the page would just redirect back to the login page and not go back to the site - Sorry i'm sort of new to all this.

Did you set up routing using the example or did you write the code from scratch?

Gotta weigh in on this, Also having a similar issue. My passport is giving me a failure message 'Claimed identity is invalid.' This changed yesterday for my site, and I hadn't made any code changes. This is preventing any and all logins on my site

Hi. I'm also getting this all of a sudden. Nothing has changed on my end either. Claimed identity is invalid

@dimxasnewfrozen Please upgrade your version of passport-steam to 1.0.9.

Thanks @mnzt that resolved it. Apparently Steam updated their OpenID url to support https.
