Overview

Update and add delivery metrics pov document that @ericchapman80 created to the project o11y documentation under guidance opinions, delivery metrics.

Acceptance Criteria

  • project o11y is updated with this information
  • section is created
  • basic iteration is done

Wondering if this should be closed due to the commit reference. If it's not done I think we should move it to the active repo, just let me know and I can do it.

I think this is still needed, particularly now that we've transferred over to this repo again

https://github.com/liatrio/openo11y.dev is now available for updates & addition of this guidance

Progress:

  • Added the google doc (formatted as markdown) to the delivery metrics page.
  • Added CSS styling to match the google doc (somewhat)

Next:

  • The page needs to be reviewed and improved
