ex_mouse_warp and al_set_mouse_xy broken on Ubuntu 22

As reported by JakeSnake55 on Discord, al_set_mouse_xy does not work when the mouse is visible. It works when it is not shown, but that's not very useful.
Investigating further, ex_mouse_warp does not warp the mouse to the center of the screen, using either the left or right mouse buttons.

It's a Wayland bug. Don't use Wayland.
