Not loading on system startup

I am using Pop! OS version 20.10 and Open Drive was installed and it works fine if I load it manually, Even though Open Drive is in the Startup Applications, it does not load at startup. I verified the odrivestartup script is not running but loads if I load it manually. Is there something I'm missing?

I reloaded odrive a third time and it seems to work. Restarted system many times and it now consistently loads and works.
