Just to add my feedback...

It was confusing to me what this "railing" pkg I was seeing in examples was.

I didn't have immediate luck searching for railing on google either.

After looking at the src and finding this ticket it seems it's just provides discovery via a hardcoded list.

+1 for renaming to bootstrap
