fastecdsa not officially supporting windows

Package fastecdsa is not supported for windows, if it's the intention to support windows as well, this conflict has to be resolved by either fixing fastecdsa windows installs, or replacing the package.

That whole thread also mentions some alternatives, would it be possible to include alternate libraries in setup.py (on conditions that the current installing platform is windows) that work on there, so fastecdsa can be replaced by an (albeit slower but supported) library?

While keeping fastecdsa included for macos and Linux.

I've gotten fastecdsa to at least build on a windows machine, can anyone maybe take a look at this commit, and see if they can make a library that's stable enough for use?
