Hi
I'd like to propose setting the debug verbosity by a env variable such as PCP_DEBUG , then anyone can change the debug verbosity instead of hard coding it inside an application.

thanks for proposal. It sounds good to me. If you have a patch, I'll merge it. Otherwise I'll implement it in a near future.

I've added a check for PCP_LOG_LEVEL env. variable in the latest commit
