Information

version: 0.17- Piper version: 0.7
- Distribution: Manjaro, KDE/Plasma
- Device: G502 X (wired, no RGB)
- Kernel version (ex.
uname -srmo
):Linux 6.7.7-1-MANJARO x86_64 GNU/Linux
Describe the bug
i think the issue i had may be the same as others who have complained about the inability to assign buttons
when piper is installed (Arch repo) it defaults to 'Profile 1', however there is no 'Profile 1', only 'Profile 0' and it isn't immediately obvious that the profile needs to be selected in the drop-down menu in order for button assignments to be applied
interestingly, resolution and USB freq. changes seem to be applied without first selecting a profile
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- install and run piper (Arch)
- attempt to re-assign buttons without first selecting a profile
- button assignments are not saved
Logs
skipping this because i believe this is a piper issue, not libratbag (i could be wrong)

This seems to happen to me whenever connecting/disconnecting my G Pro Wireless for charging.
