[Android] Tapping on Settings in extension popup should switch to the tab also

Currently, it opens the tab in the background, and there is zero UI change to indicate that anything happened at all. The popup should close automatically and switch to the new tab, like uBO does.

Also, when I kept tapping on Settings it opened several duplicate tabs. Not sure if that's a separate bug.
