☑ darktable can be contacted in #darktable on Freenode.

☑ Where's RawTherapee or PhotoFlow?

aoloe commented

@Floessie thanks for the hint!

do you also know how to contact those project's developers and ask them to submit the slides?

@aoloe They are both on PIXLS as well as on GitHub:

RT: PIXLS, GitHub
PF: PIXLS, GitHub

HTH,
Flössie

@aoloe To contact sK1 2.0 + UniConverter 2.0 you can add github (https://github.com/sk1project/sk1-wx) and project Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/sK1-Project-308311182521658/)

@aoloe @Floessie I'll ping them on their forums/irc to see if they can get something together.

@sk1project and @patdavid : can i assume that sk1 + uniconverter and rawtherapee + photoflow now know that they are welcome to submit slides?

@aoloe yep! But I have some question. When should be the slides submitted?

aoloe commented

the submission deadline is: not later as one week before the beginning of the LGM...

aoloe commented

@CarVac i will add you to the list... for this year can i safely assume that you know that you should submit three slides before the end of the month? : - )

I will try submit slides for AzPainter! ;-)

not later as one week before the beginning of the LGM.

It would be better if date should be defined in README.md as

...

DEADLINE

Content should be submitted at least one week before the beginning of the LGM 2019.

YYYY-MM-DDis last day for submitting! Hurry UP!

aoloe commented

hi @Symbian9 yes, on the one side that would be better... but, then most people would submit the slides in a hurry during the last 24 hours.

in reality there is no sharp date, it's about being kind to the presenter and sending the slides early enough so that he can think of a plan, how he to best fill the slot...
and not later than the time when he downloads everything and creates the final "flow".

The librtprocess project, initiated by @CarVac

There's also a meeting about librtprocess announced here: https://libregraphicsmeeting.org/2019/wp/wp-content/uploads/2019/05/20190430-LGM2019-Programm.pdf

Luminance HDR may also be a candidate as a new release may be ready this month.

@fcomida is the one to contact

aoloe commented

thanks @heckflosse i've added them to the list!

i've sent a mail to fcomida and i consider that @CarVac already knows that he should submit slides...

maybe "Olive video editor" could be interesting.
It's licensed using the Gnu Gpl and it's a brand new project.

aoloe commented

Oh, yeah the Olive! iirc Probono hinted me to that project when asking me to implement the "action search" for Scribus!
But I forgot to add it to this list, thanks @MassiminoilTrace !
