Nginx App is script is using python2, should it be changed to python3?

Hi All,

I've just added my new Nginx server (running on Ubuntu 18.04) to LibreNMS and went to add the Nginx App script. It doesn't run out of the box unfortunately as it uses python2, which Ubuntu 18.04 doesn't have installed by default. Python2 has reached EOL on January 1st, 2020.

Should I put in a PR to change it to Python3, as I've already done the work or are we going to keep it python2 a while longer?

Script for python3 does exist but its not the default, I have put in a PR to make the python3 one the default as python2 is EOL
