Raspberry ARM frequency zeroed

It seems while earlier the command vcgencmd measure_clock arm returned
frequency(45)=<clockrate> it now outputs
frequency(48)=<clockrate>.
Therefore the raspberry.sh script returns zero for the ARM clock frequency.
