Hello,
Do you think it is possible to add or modify a plugin like dhcp.py to get the statistics of DHCP requests, offers, refused by subnet ? (maby based on the /var/log/dhcp/dhcp.log)

Likely possible.
That said not sure when I'll get around to it, but can definitely take a look. :)
