(3DS) Both 4DO and Opera are build since renamed 4DO->Opera

Issue:
After renaming the 4DO core to Opera (#1230), both 4DO and Opera cores are being build and included in the nightly builds.
Currently the '4do_libretro.cia' build doesn't have a unique id, and replaces the id of the launcher, 'retroarch_3ds.cia'.
Is the recipe for 4DO still cached by the buildbot?
