Feature Request: Save State Access without running the game

When you select a select a console and highlight a game make a carrot arrow on the the far right point right to indicate save states are available when you press right it will show thumbnails of the save states of that highlight Game. Then you could press the A to select it or X to delete the save state. To get out of the save states they can press B or keep pressing the left arrow to go back
