Save-state thumbnails show partial notifications

I'm not sure if this is a bug or just a side-effect of how the core handles screenshots. When having notifications enabled in RetroArch, save-state thumbnails will partially show the "save-state saved" notification in the bottom left corner. This does not occur when taking screenshots or when using other cores.
