Tests broken (pandoc dropped \hypertarget)

The resolution to jgm/pandoc#8744 dropped \hypertarget invocations from section headings (merged in jgm/pandoc@70329ed, released in https://github.com/jgm/pandoc/releases/tag/3.1.6.2).
This obviously breaks test expectations
