about switch -pac

hello,
I m redirected from cow, I checked whole readme page, but not found any information about -pac switch. Is it works like cow? or PD read pac file then config itself?

Another question, as feature request, if hosts added in blocked file manually, PD can skip verify these hosts, so access record will not be left on DNS Server side.
