Siege Date Fail

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Do any Siege, taking the castle or maintainig it
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The server re-mark the Siege to 14 days after.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
The server are putting '0' in castle.siege_date .
Please provide any additional information below.
The error don´t happens if the castle has no owner.
