Character accesslevel (GameMaster)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. I'm going to Navicat>..>character[table]>MyPlayer[accesslevel] to 100
2.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I suposed to be a GM but it always turn my accesslevel to 0
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

you will need to edit the xml files in config/xml/GMAccess.d/full.xml<or what
ever .xml>
