Error installing IDE

Everytime i try to install plugin from eclipse i get this error:
"An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,org.yaml.snakeyaml,1.33.0"

1.what version eclipse jee you want to install our ide update site?
2.whiich version ide eclipse update site you want to install?
