Trying to build the project an error is thrown:
Caused by: org.eclipse.equinox.p2.core.ProvisionException: No repository found at https://liferay-test-01.ci.cloudbees.com/job/blade.tools/lastSuccessfulBuild/artifact/build/generated/p2
CloudBess says: Jenkins instance is Hibernated
