stuck on loading ti nspire cx ii cas

Windows 10
specifically
Microsoft Windows 10 Pro x64 Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
Also have a problem with this app.
In my case it is TI-Nspire CX II-T :
OS version : 5.3.0.564
Boot1: 5.0.0.42
Boot2: 5.1.3.110
First time when i connect nSpire to the PC and start an app, everythng is ok.
Then, when i close app and start it again, it won't connect any more until i disconnect and connect again calculator to the PC.
Meanwhile, TI-Nspire CX Student Software and connecting with Chrome (TI-Nspire CX II Connect) is working without any issues. 🙄
