Update to latest libnspire (CX II screenshot support)

I no longer have time to maintain this project—if you are interested, I am open to transferring maintainership.

I suppose it might be a good idea to transfer it to the TI-Toolkit org if we have to choose, considering a few of us active people in the community are over there for some projects, including @debrouxl and myself, and some other people with WebUSB experience too. Pinging @commandblockguy as well since there was already talk of such projects...
