Description

We need to have a way to read information from a config file, for example, the distribution smart contract address or other Lightstreams specific configurations aside of the current Ethereum and Tendermint configs.

Steps to resolve

  1. Implement a feature for writing, reading and updating of a config file
  2. The config file should be saved in ${DATA_DIR}/config.json
