Multiple "New" Categories after switching System language

Hi,
I have been using PassAndroid for a while and like it a lot. Currently I am on v3.4.7 (via Playstore) on Android 12.
In the past my Android system language was set to German.
For some reasons I changed the Android system language to English.
Now I seem to have two different "New" /"Neu" Categories inside the app (and I don't know how to consolidate them to one).
