Temporary freeze flutter_test dev_dependencies for flutter 2.10

When upgrading into flutter 2.10, there is a lot of errors during pub get.
Upgrading dependencies's version may help, but it will take many times to re-test related functions. And the project hasn't used test package, we temporary freeze this flutter_test.
This will not affect to any current features.
