Downloading folder / mix of folders and documents not working on staging

- @MontaGhanmy on staging it is still not working, the download never finishes, tried from staging-web selecting "Public" folder and an image from root.
- Downloading specific versions is not working too (says wrong access token, the access token should be in the download url itself maybe that is a frontend issue)
- Downloading the root folder is not working (probably not implemented / forgoten)
