has anyone deployed this to gitlab?

Looking to get this online, but I can't self-host outside of locathost. So I would like to deploy this through gitlab (or could be any other service to deploy).

Not sure if it will work with gitlab deployment, or what the gitlab configuration file (.gitlab-ci.yml) should contain.

I don't know Docker at all so not entirely sure if that can help here.

I'm come from the PHP world where deploying / hosting is very simple! I'm new to the Node.js world.
