[Bug] No counter of unread messages for muted chats

2.6.10, chat.stg.lin-saas.com, all platforms

1. Mute a chat
2. Receive some messages to the chat
3. The chat doesn't look like it has any unread messages

Expectation: there's a grey counter of unread messages
