When Using My Credentials: 
Error Message 
You don't have root/sudo/admin acess to the db or it might be the wrong password or db name.
Try this:
mysqli -u Muhammadali
CREATE DATABASE meriproperty
(and leave the password blank)

Any folder/file should work (i replied to your comment in the other issue also)

i m preety noob,kindly suggest me an easy way to remove this error.
it was working when i first installed, then it stopped working.
where is issue, in database or index file?
what to add/remove?

can be run in any folder/file, just type the commands in terminal and it should work

But i want to remove footers. where is footer file.?

it worked when i used my database name (which is MeriProperty in my case) and password blank.
Remember: keep password blank.
no like you don't enter the password that was what i meant also i dont know where footer file is btw
