When a release is created, create a stand alone zip

The zip should include all the necessary components to get put and running

Have all the composer dependencies
@nate-allen should we also have composer dependencies also be named spaced so there aren't conflicts. Thinking about something like mozart or another tool.

I actually started to do this within the deployment process. This doesn't actually need to be part of the theme anymore because we can do shared workflows
