I just tested the 1.1.0 Version in my VCV 1.1.5 running on Linux Mint.
I see the svg and other files of Sangster in the Pluginfolder, but no Sangster in my library.

Solved it,
when installing manually and the Plugin v 1.0.0 from the pluginmanager is alredy installed, rack makes an upgrade to 1.1.0 and a downgrade back to version 1.0.0 again when choosing the Upgrade Menu from Library.
