Bootstrap 3 responsive wrapping issue on small screens

When viewing a page using a small width screen (e.g. iPhone), the pagination block wraps twice. This isn't really a problem, except that it wraps over the top of the table it is paginating thus obscuring the first few rows of the table.

The following CSS fixes the issue:

margin-top: 70px;
}

@media (min-width: 513px) {
#pagination_table {
margin-top: 35px;
}
}

@media (min-width: 992px) {
#pagination_table {
margin-top: 0px;
}
}

Thanks for reporting and providing the fix. I don't want to include any css in this, to not interefere with the user styling, but this is here for reference incase anyone runs into it.
