Migrate to meteor package manager

The package was built for Meteor <v0.9. In version 0.9, a new package manager has been implemented. I think it's a good idea to migrate the package instead of using meteorite.

I believe I need @tmeasday to help me claim this package? It's on atmosphere right now as mrt:reactive-class. I've already linked this email with the atmosphere site and meteor developers site.

@lingz are you sure you've linked the two accounts properly / the correct accounts? You need to do so at http://atmosphere.meteor.com/accounts

I just did the steps on that page. So it looks like I claimed the old atmosphere account. Do I need to do anything else to claim this package?
