The program stops running during the construction of Zmatrix1

Hi. Congratulation for your work.
I'm trying to use the system, but I'm trying to deal with the following error: during the computation of Zmatrix1 the program prints the first row with the stepsize value and then return without an error message.
The snapshot are 6 and the Zmatrix1 file is empty.

I followed your instruction to test if the program works and to create the input files.

I ran the program with the following command:
BCGDEmbed.exe graphsFolder

where graphsFolder is the path of the folder containing my graphs
