Package external tools with Linkage Mapper

This could include making custom builds that would exclude their GUI's.

@dkav can you add any example tool that can test with linkage mapper. May be useful to start working on this later.

Users are required to download and install Circuitscape (Python version) and/or GRASS GIS to run certain tools. The issue suggests that it may be helpful to package versions of these programs with Linkage Mapper.

Good one. Of these two, we get the most confusion and requests for the
Circuitscape version. I think this would be a worthwhile addition as long
as it increases the size of the zip file by less than 1/4. If more, then up
for discussion. Regarding GRASS GIS, it would be good to know how many
times it was asked for in the forum before discussing if we should add it
in. I think I remember one time, but not sure.

I wasn't able to find any discussion on the forum where a user was looking for GRASS.

OK, then for this issues lets focus solely on Circuitscape Python version.
