Link collection card's description hover animation

The current animation which gets triggered on mouse hover over a link collection card seems very inefficient due to overfilling. I propose a better way of flipping over the card on hovering to display the description on a completely blank space which would accomodate the description for a link collection in a better way. Background color would be light yellowish and font style to remain the same.

Please assign me this issue if you agree to my proposal or have any suggestions for any alternatives. Am new to hacktoberfest and open source in general so would be a good way to kickstart my journey! Thanks!
