初始化项目时出现资源缺失的error

在安装CMS初始运行时会出现下面两个Error，麻烦解决一下，一个是图片的，一个是字体库的
http://localhost:1234/uploads/2015-08-11/647690575181.jpg Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 (Not Found)
http://fonts.useso.com/css?family=Open+Sans:400italic,400,700 Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 502 (Bad Gateway)
