Includes copyrighted icon from Apple

I should remove the included USB drive icon from Apple. I did base the icons on their generic disk icon, although that's a little bit more grey on the legal side as many developers have modified that icon for their own app. In order to fix this, I'll have to link to Apple's icon present on OS X itself, although it appears to be impossible to locate.
