Yes, I did everything i read in the other post. Still have the same error
message.

I don't think you will see the same error as shown on the screenshot, if you extract the exe ITSELF (ACSaveTool_x64.exe), then run the ACSaveTool.exe directly.

You mean extracting whats in the .exe file. Or extracting the exe from the
zip? Maybe thats what i missunderstood.

I mean extracting the exe, it's a packed executable and that error came from the packer. All you need to do is run the actual exe inside.
