BUG: filter_exclude test fails to parse minimal selinux context

filter_exclude test expected an selinux context of the form:
unconfined_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_t:s0-s0:c0.c1023
while failing to parse the valid form:
system_u:unconfined_r:unconfined_t:s0
Recommend using the previously parsed values $selinux_* from tests/runtests.pl
